A R T , From the girl with feathers in her hair, stories in her head,

In my mind, I am a bohemian, gypsy, flower child, artist creating art for art’s sake, but in reality, I am what you might call a native wild child, a barefoot artist catching stories and painting words for the love of childhood wonder.

L O V E, “I can still vividly recall the pencil drawings I created as a young child, longing for travels and adventures. It was evident that I was in love with art,

and I still am. When I first began painting in my early twenties, with childish enthusiasm, I must admit, I was just as happy to paint on anything and everything I could get my hands on.”Now, many moons later, here I am, still inspired. For me, when inspiration comes, usually at night, I am compelled to throw back the covers, forget my slippers, and go straight to work. Sometimes the morning finds me, or I find the morning. This is my bliss...

L I F E, It is a funny thing; I grew up, but my daydreams did not… so I can still dream up 20 wonderful and sometime impossible things before the end of morning… I am still very fond of beautiful picture books, paper dolls and puppets. Scraps of printed cloth, needle and thread, brown paper packages, bundled up with strings, wicker baskets, open fields of wildflowers, frock dresses and vintage suitcases. But I love the feel of an old typewriter, a vintage bookshop and the smell of old library books.“Today, I choose to honour life with stories and art. I hope to inspire hearts from all walks of life, as we dig deeper, search further, and explore our own inner truth.''
